I bought cakes (including birthday cakes for me, my wife, my son...) from Paul online regularly. I am a French man living in London.Today at 10am, walked into that Paul bakery on Baker street to buy a poppy seed baguette. And guess what? They dare sell me a frozen baguette from the day before. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never buy anything from Paul ever again. I know it was frozen: it is as hard as a brick. I am french, I know what a frozen baguette is. Outrageous, morally wrong for a bakery to sell frozen baguettes without even telling their customers. They've lost my custom forever.
