Teas, cakes and food don't taste good; please use better ingredients.

Their pain au chocolat was stale, I returned it exactly 1 minute after purchase. They refused to accept this, even when i got complete strangers to touch & confirm it was hard. They were infuriatingly rude and told me it wasn't stale.
I will never set foot in there again. DREADFUL customer service. Totally rude and the experience upset me enormously.

My favorite place in Cricklewood to enjoy a cup of cafe and a delicious cake. All cakes and breads are freshly made, I go very often as I like everything they have. Quality is excellent and price is decent. Highly recommended.

After spending ober half an hour describing the cake I wanted to made to collect the day after they still mamaged to get it wrong. I asked for the message to be written in chocolate and instead they wrote it in green. I chose normal cream and instead they made it pink. In the end it looked like a horrible multi colour mess that was nothing like I had chosen. On top of all of that when I called to ask if it was readg for collection they said yes but when I arrived they couldnt find it. Not worth £33. Looks like a multi- coloured confused pile of cream not the simple beautiful cake I chose!

Mashallah I always buy cakes from here for every occasion also other members of my family do so as I recommended it to them yet even my friends know how much I admire this place and get me cakes from here!!
Honestly great food and most importantly the service as a yemeni i would like to congratulate you for your sucess aslo well done you made us Arabs proud!!!
They staff are well mannered and polite also there main priority is to meet the individuals need and make sure they are happy with their order unlike other places yhese days all they care about is your cash ;(

My family always buy a cake from here for special occasions. Light and creamy with fresh fruit, is always a delight!

All food is good, and fresh most of time! But the staff is very rude and unprofessional! Apart from 1 girl with dark blonde hair! managment shoudl be changed!
