I was very annoyed with the service I recieved at percy ingle, in ilford, today.
There were three members of staff standing behind the counter, I asked them if I could order my food. One member of staff abruptly told me that she was already serving a customer. I asked the other two members of staff if they were serving, they looked me in the face and gave me a blank look and rudely turned away. They didnt not even acknowledge my question.
I found the staff very rude and would not go back there even if someone paid me!!!!!
I think it would be advisable for management of Percy Ingle to make it compulsory for their staff to undertake basic customer service training. Otherwise, they will be losing many more customers and will soon be out of business.
On a more positive note, good thing there was a greggs down the road for me to buy my lunch!
