Although the prices are a little steep the moment I begin eating I forget all about them. They do my favourite sandwich ever even though it's quite simple it's delicious when they make it (mozzarella, avocado, pesto one) and they make really good coffee, I haven't tried a lot of their other stuff but everything I've tasted there has been of an amazing quality. Also I really want to recommend their biscuit speculoos spread which is just ridiculously good!

Waited half an hour in queue for table for 4, one of whom was heavily pregnant, whilst other customers behind us kept being seated. Eventually given large table in corner but 2 tables for 2, next to each other, could have been saved.
The prices are astronomical even for London. The chicken tartine is no more than an open sandwich costing £7.60. One would expect something far more substantial for that price.
Not only were we told to hide bottles of water we were carrying but to add insult to injury we were charged £5.27 service charge for the poorest service we've ever encountered.
At the very least a chair could have been offered to the pregnant member of our party and a friendly word or two occasionally to update us on the table availability. We felt quite uncomfortable standing in the way of others in the queue especially as we were mostly ignored by the staff. We will certainly never visit again and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
