Feb 11th 2021 Just walked by and noticed neither sales assistant was wearing a mask (masks were attached to ears but worn under chin or just below mouth...useless). I asked the girl on the till why was this, and she said she had a bit of plastic between her and customers (the other girl was handling fresh cakes so that didn't apply to her). I pointed out her that her breath was easily travelling around and underneath the (very small) plastic 'shield.' She was not interested. When I pointed out that it was a legal requirement to wear a mask in her situation, she said 'So?' In February 2021? Seriously?

Very rude staff member...i will not be visiting the shop again. A friend was with me and she agreed how rude the woman behind the counter was. Customer service 0 out of 10.
