My mum and Step dad surprised me with a girl Yorkie from here 4 years ago. She has turned out to be the most spoilt, happy, friendly, loyal little Princess in the world and I wouldnt swap her for the world. Also got a Shih Tzu from here YEARS ago, he was the loveliest little boy in the world, sadly he died 2 years ago after living til around 13-14. Would deffo recommend this. Surprising my sister with a Shih Tzu soon and this place is my first and hoepfully only stop! Wouldnt suggest anywhere else !!! xxxxxx

We purchased a Bullmastiff on Friday evening from Anipals. Fantastic animal. We have named him Beau and he is a wonderful puppy. He came house trained which was fantastic. Great temperament. Calm, loving and gentle puppy. I'm pleased to see his sisters are starting to find homes too. If he is anything to go by I think they are a very special litter. If you have the time, energy and effort required for a bullmastiff consider buying his remaining sister!

I bought a puppy from Anipals several months ago after seeing her on the internet. This is the fourth dog i have owned and normally I have seen the mother and the litter and so forth. We do not live near Romford and I had seen the bad review above. I discussed it with Diane. who runs the shop, by email and on the phone and she was confident and helpful in her replies. The dog was in very good condition and the handover was excellent. It is obvious that the people in the pet shop love animals and know how to look after them. It is important for new dog owners to know that a change of scene or of food for a little puppy is upsetting and they can get diarrhoea as a result. Seeing your vet with a new dog is important as well as dealing with fleas and worms regularly. These little ups and downs have to be accepted as part of the care you give in return for the love and companionship you get. My brown labrador girl is healthy and happy and admired by everyone so many thanks to Anipals,

I dont normally write reviews, but felt i had to after reading the negative things said by the previous person.I have purchased two labs from Anipals one chocolate (Tess is nearly five) and one yellow(honey is nearly two) both are absolutely fantastic dogs with no health problems at all. I would not hesitate in going back and buying another from them. Even though we live seventy miles away from the shop now we travelled back there when we were looking for a pup two years ago. Shop has been going for twenty years so must be doing something right.

I purchased a puppy from this store only to find out after doing my own checks that the pedigree papers are not worth the paper they're written on. This shop profits from selling puppies from a puppy farm which are bought job lot in wales. Very disappointed with the on-going health problems of my new puppy, she was full of worms, fleas & re-occuring gastric problems.....which has resulted in my little girl breaking her heart. When I contacted the shop I was told to contact my vet!!!!!! Disgusting treatment. Do NOT purchase puppies from this store. The owner is a LIAR......tell me how the owner can guarantee that my puppy has come from the parentage they claim when a friend of mine purchased a puppy just 6 months prior to me & had the exact same paper work, how can 2 sets of puppies be born to the same **** within such a short period of time??????......The health of the puppies is a shambles.....VERY VERY un-happy indeed.....AVOID this pet shop at all costs.
