Went in with my wife 16.30 hours on Sunday 30th October. Had used the store over the last few years. My wife noticed we were being watched by the Manager on duty and Security Guard. We did not buy anything and left. As we walked away they began to continue watching us. She returned and asked what they were watching us for. The Manager who was Asian, when asked by my wife for his name accused her of discrimination as she could not see his name on his badge. She has had a cataract operation on one eye and, a lens replacement on the other recently. I told him we were Irish and that was also discrimination The Security Guard stood sneering without comment. As we left, they were laughing. I have been in the Security Industry in Management roles for over thirty years and showed them my Licence. Horrible, disgusting people. Will never use Sainsbury's again.

Most of the staff are welcoming- wish I could say the same for the man who calls himself the Manager!Aggressive, abnoxious and rude Man! I had a delivery order, whic had a couple of items missing and I was still billed. I called the store, thinking maybe they missed a bag on delivery. As soon as I gave the man my delivery order number, and explained wh I was calling- He began shouting over me, telling me he never charged me for them; I explained to him, that there were other items on my original order that had been left off both the App and Printed in store Receipts, which tells me they were not in stock, but that these items had been recorded as delivered and they were not in the bag. The man continued shouting at me telling me it's not his fault, so I told him I couldn't talk with him any longer and asked to speak to the Manager, at whic he replied He is the Manager! And if that's the way Sainsbury's condone their Managers treat long term customers, then No Thank you! I'll rather shop somewhere that Appreciates my Loyal custom!
