Shockingly rude and aggressive staff- everyone looks thoroughly miserable and their rudeness can only convey that general dissatisfaction in running this shop. Appreciate it can’t be an easy business to run but a bit of courtesy and less aggression would be more welcome!

Echoing previous reviews: the rudest and most hostile men work in this shop. I wish I could leave a 0/10 rating. Horrible experience just picking up a package. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had a shocking experience today at this shop. For no reason I was shouted and when I objected I was shouted again and asked to leave the shop. I had gone to return a Amazon parcel. They accused me being in the wrong shop and not having read my email. They were totally rude, disrespectful and I am really wonder why they are business of customer service! Amazon should not deal with them.

Very rude and horrible staff.

I went to post an item there via Hermes. Printed the label in store and put the label paper in bin. Man behind the counter got mad and said I shouldn't put it in their bin. He became extremely abusive. My parcel has now not left the store since I dropped it off and is missing.

Very, very rude people working in this place. They offered me to go and find a different place if I don’t like the service in their shop. Amazon should not work with this taiping people.

ABSOLUTELY atrocious service, No masks, no distance, no customer service., no humanity, no decency and they probably don't even care about these reviews but literally left me in tears.

I wish them some sanity , they are not happy people.

God bless

Absolute awful service tonight from the gentleman behind the till, just before 9pm today. An absolute nightmare to deal with, arrogant and complete disregard for his business and customer service. His manager should be concerned because he will impact that business and you will shut down. We bought items for our mum from boohoo.com and there was an issue with the spelling of the name on the order. But despite confirming all ID and proof of purchase it was an awful experience and he refused to offer any assistance to resolve the issue. We simply asked things like what's his postcode and he acted so arrogantly and didn't want to give it to us, I explained he only had 1.2 out of 5 on reviews and that he had to atleast improve his score but he said he'd rather have 0. An awful experience just before Christmas and will not recommend anyone dealing with D'wine.

- On the 27th I went to D-Wine, Margaret Street, and they stated that they were closed on the 23rd when my package was ‘delivered' to them and that it was sent back then probably. Without even checking the name, tracking number etc and while tracking online stated it had been delivered tot hem with proof of delivery
- Went back today and again they said they did not have it from the start. No bother to check name, tracking number and if I had not persisted they would not have checked the stockroom. Guess what, the package had been there since the 23rd. No apologies, no nothing, horrible service.

Suggestion: simply check your back room/stock room.
