Staff 24/5/22 @ 11.10 return amazon item. Didn't scanned receipt just handed need paper. Once I check my amazon apps says waiting for return. I sincerely want authority or owher to investigate staff activity on cctv on that day and time what he did with this return.

Not worthy of one star. Rude, unhelpful and unpleasant staff when trying to drop off a parcel. The man who I assume is a manager needs to learn some manners and needs to go on a course to learn how to smile. Not the first terrible experience I’ve had at this shop.
