Missing price tags, 90-100% price mark up, selling significantly out-of-date items! Couldn't be much worse really

Because they have the monopoly of the oyster travelcard Market, they think they can treat people like dirt! I have never been so disgusted at another human being in my life! I tried purchase a new travel card - their bank machine had broken down, they did not apologise but started shouting 'what must I do what must I do'. When j suggested he give mr a solution instead of a problem he shouted at me again and told me to draw cash. When I went back after drawing the cash he continued to shout. I felt helpless as there is nowhere to buy travel and I had to get to work. AVOID them at all costs!
