Rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend. Went there to use their Pass My Parcel service. They made an error scanning the barcodes which I pointed out on my first visit. Had to go back a second time to get it done again when I didn't get the email confirmation and far from apologising, they were dismissive and refused to rescan the parcel. They even asked me to join the back of the queue again. I had to ask multiple times to have the parcel returned to me before they complied. Never going back!
