Fio's Food Centre

The guy at the butcher is very angry, I asked very politely for my meat to be cut into pieces and he had a massive attitude towards me telling me that I should go take it home and cut it myself. And how it takes him 15/20 minutes I’m so sorry but if you clearly state that you cut meat and that’s why I pick to get meat from your store you shouldn’t then get angry while doing something which you say you clearly do? You either don’t do it or do you can’t get annoyed at me. The customer service needs working on I pay for the stuff I buy I don’t get it for “free” therefore I shouldn’t be treated like that. His attitude and rudeness was awful it is clear he doesn’t like his job but please don’t take it out on me.

Customer service is appalling at this shop.
The cashiers don't say hello to you, when giving you change never say thank you. They avoid eye contact and generally seem annoyed that they are serving you. I would recommend to train the staff to be more customer service focused.
