The staff here are some of the nicest supermarket staff I've come across. Several times I've been at the till and the cashier has noticed one of my items was out of date or approaching sell-by date and replaced it for me. On the downside, there have been several occasions when I've got home to find some of the stuff I've bought was mouldy or out of date! Have never had any quibbles with getting refunds however, and on the whole I like the place.
