Waitrose putney needs to improve the level of service. The fruit and veg in particular leave a lot to be desired both in range/choice, availability and freshness! Additionally some of fhe staff in the store could work on their customer service skills and the store has a problem with stock control namely items are out of stock regularly even every day essentials.
