Asda Stores

Some members of staff aren't qualified or trained properly to deal with customer needs.
They treated me as if I was a thieff for not being able to lift an item for scanning and wanting to pay at a different check out.
Absolut rabish.

The store is OK if you don't mind waiting at the checkout for 40 minutes (Especially at the weekends).

The store itself isnt so bad but the telephone service is rubbish. I expected hello asda roehampton vale instead i got, hello? yeh this is asda, where? Yeh we are in roehampton. How nice 2 days after xmas.. Lovely.

well i think that asda is a very good shop and i go to it every saturday to get my daily shoping.

Asda Roehampton Vale is a badly run supermarket. They very often run out of trolleys and you have to wait for the staff to go and get them from around the car park. The isles are jammed up and you cannot get around quickly. Sometimes the quality of the food is poor.
I have asked for the Manager on several occasions to be told he is unavailable, and after leaving my mobile number he has never called.
The final straw happened this week-end when a party of men turned up and parked up at their bottle bank in vans and removed all the bottle bank containers to one side to allow access into the site for caravans. They removed chains put there to prevent this from happening! Over night a mountain of rubbish was scattered around the bottle bank, old clothes, debris, bed linen, furniture, rotting food, completely unhygenic.
I complained but the manager wasn't available and nothing was done about it, I will be complaining to their head office but I doubt they will respond either.
