Cost cutters staff are road and incompetent. Costcutters on New North Road have place themselves on Uber Eats, yet they do not respect any of the rules. They add items in the list, which are out of stock and then they call me to give me alternative products sometimes. At other times, they simply send me a replacement product which I did not want nor had ordered. They hire drivers who cannot speak English and who do not know the A-Z therefore, are regularly getting lost and delivering my orders late.
This Cost Cutter have charged me for products, which were have not been delivered to me (because their Uber driver got lost). Cost Cutters have refused to give me a refund of almost £20 because they tell me it is not thier problem. They tell me this is Uber Eats problem, and the driver, who works for Uber Eats.
So. Who do I turn in order to be given my money back? Or should I simply accept that it's not Cost Cutters fault, therefore they are right to keep my £20 for something that they did not deliver to me?
Costcutter is a chain of convenience stores and supermarkets that sell a selection of groceries, tobacco, alcohol, greeting cards, phone cards, mobile top up cards, tobacco and newspapers. They also provide a delivery service.
