I am a longstanding customer. Majestic usually delivery direct. But Yodel delivered. Always had poor experience with Yodel. This was the worst. They dumped the wine literally on my front door step, claiming that this was my stated preference - clearly I am not insane and would not request this and advertise such a delivery. Unless Majestic can deliver themselves or via another entity I will stop buying their wine which would be a shame. Yodel are charlatans. For info I live in NW2 and my local (lovely) St John's branch usually delivers direct.
