The food is usually good however their time keeping, aspects of their customer service and listening skills need major improvements - they have got my delivery orders wrong on far too many occasions huge let down

Bambino service has always been great quick and friendly if you call and no problems when online. BUT the food quality has had a massive dip in the last 3 months where the portions have become so small a small child will ask what time dinner is once finishing he or she's kebab. The taste however is still very good but execution on the way/care the food is presented on delivery always looks like it has been thrown together.
At the moment I can not recommend this once really great kebab shop that has slipped down the path of serving food that is no longer value or which is a shame
