I would like to make a complaint about the Lea Bridge branch/franchise in London.

I made an order and on Just Eat at 3am. I followed up with a phone call at 3.30am. The app told me my order should be delivered by 4am, the person on the phone said 4.10.

When I phoned at 4.25, I was told my order had not left the restaurant because it was unverified.

This is ridiculous. The person I spoke with then argued with me for 15 minutes, saying it was not her responsibility.

I am now left here, with many hungry people, nearly 2 hours after placing an order.

There are many other negative reviews for the Lea bridge branch.

I would like to know how on earth this can happen within a reputable company and what action will be taken to compensate me and my family.
