McDonald's Drive-Thru Restaurant

Even order through ubereats they still miss sending the complete orders. I’ve ordered food for breakfast before work and waited for ages then just received cappucino. Pay attention to your customer’s order.
Have rang the phone number to inform them of their poor service and guess what? No one is even picking up. Come on Mcdonalds in 217 commercial road, u can do better than this.

Terrible!! Slow service and disgusting food: burgers and nuggets cold, fries cold hard and with no salt..they are just focused on the delivery guys and not on the other costumers at all. Very bad

The time it takes all ten of them to prepare two simple breakfasts would be a start. Seriously, the slowest McDonald's I have ever had the misfortune to visit...And sadly, I have to visit this one every Saturday after work. From taking too long at breakfast time to prepare breakfasts! to putting 2 hash browns in one paper pocket, to coffees half full, to burnt buns and old eggs with hard bacon, and not an apology or customer service bone in any of their bodies. Shoddy.
