McDonald's Restaurant

I just received an order with an old reused chip box, it had an old sauce lid attached to the internal side, I hadn’t realised this until I had eaten most of the chips as it’s deep in the packet. So I’ve been eating from someone else’s dirty/reused box. I am outraged. The only thing the manager said he will do is offer another meal next time I pop in! Why on earth would I trust to eat their again if members of staff are reusing old chip boxes. Disgusting.

The manager in hammersmith broadway was nice and polite,he's name was Carlos..

Hi,well my experience is very bad in Mc Donalds,1st Mc Donalds its not Halal 2nd the Hammersmith Manager of Mc Donalds is not a gud person,when i asked him about the Halal in the store he was very Rude with me ,i thought to kick him at that time but i control my self ,overall only 6 points to Mc Donalds.
