Pizza Hut Direct

Awful service. Delivery boy had the whole of McDonald's on his shoulder when asked where the missing pizza was. Rang Kennington to find out where the pizza I had paid for was. Phone kept ringing and ringing, I am very stubborn so I stayed on phone. Finally someone answered with a massive sigh. I couldn't understand a word he mumbled. Told him twice I couldn't hear what he was trying to say. I explained about the missing pizza and all I got was mumbling again. I worked out he was saying I could go and collect it! Which defeats the object of having delivery in the first place!! When I said I can't collect he says you can ask for a refund when I ring customer service!!
Disgusting customer service, if I could give no stars I would.

First time I've ordered from this place, it took them 2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas even though I lived 15 minutes away by walk. I gave them a second chance since I thought maybe they were very busy then, but I ordered again and it's taking them 2 hours to deliver to my place! Pizza Hut needs to sort out this branch, I still love and will eat from Pizza Hut, but never again will I order from this branch. Consider hiring more drivers please.

I ordered a pizza at 1.55pm and my food was not delivered until 3.41pm I was so unhappy with the wait time that I tried to call the store but no one was answering the phone what was very annoying. The driver was very nice but I should not have to wait so long for food. Not a happy customer at all.

Person picking up the phone was impertinent and they seriously need to re evaluate their customer service . The customer is always right, was very rude and I didn't like his tone, I suggest you retrain your Staff or fire them because there's a perfectly fine pizza express across the road

The pizzas delivered after 1.20 hr without the dips we ordered. Very disappointed with the service. Nice pizzas tho.

Titanically awful. Ordered online, waited an hour, phoned and was told they were busy and it was raining, but that they'd try for 1hr 40 at tops. After two hours, recieved a phone call to say that they don't actually deliver to my estate (apparently it resembles Basra on a bad day), so I should come down and meet him in the road. Though courage finally reigned, and he did ascend the stairs, the pizza was warm, chewy, and the least fun I've had on the way to obesity for many moons. Just say no.
