Eltham Kebab Express

Have used these guys many times before and disappointedly had crispy burnt black meat and chips the last time I ordered. After calling and explaining and politely complaining they said I could have a discount on the next time round....this never happened. I had to spend a minimum to reach a delivery charge which I was not happy about doing. As I said, normally great but mugged off on one night and nothing in place to make amends. Won’t be going back

Fantastic food and service. Especially the chicken kebab. Must say whenever I have been to collect and order they have been packed. The owner is also a nice lady very well spoken and polite.y

When placing the order it came across that the person taking the order didn't really care and wasn't taking much notice. This became more apparent when they phoned back half hour after to confirm what the order was again. And then AGAIN five minutes after to re confirm. Which they still failed to listen to properly because the order arrived late.
Their standards are disgusting. One kebab we requested no salad. When it arrived you could tell that salad had been placed inside the kebab and then removed (leaving behind some salad ) also prices more expensive than advertised on their menu. Poor

Customer service is always key when running a business and when I pay you my hard earnt money to make and deliver my food ,you treat and talk to me with respect.
Absolutely rude and insensitive workers.
Will most definetley be ordering from there again.

Simply the best kebab in South East London and always a quick and friendly service

I've used their delivery service a few times and twice have had problems. Orders have been delivered wrong on the initial order, then again when product was replaced.

However, the customer service couldnt be better and i'll still use Eltham express again.

Complimentary rumbaba was nice too.

Great takeaway service, just needs work on order taking.

I love this kebab shop because there always friendly and the have great kebabs i just love it it's a place for me. when every my mum asks what takeaway do you want i always say kebab from eltham express.
