I ordered from these people who failed to deliver my food because they could not understand me saying my road name and even spelling it to them many times. After waiting and 3 phone calls, I had to go down there myself in the rain to pick it up!

I then got conned into ordering from them again - they have changed their name to Fortune House so didn't know it was the same people. Food arrived - inedible. Spring rolls were burnt and covered in baked salt, chicken fried rice was white and soggy, prawn crackers were pre-bought from a Chinese supermarket (very lazy), pork dumplings were salty and disgusting, sweet and sour chicken HK style was full of pineapple and onion with hardly any chicken.

THEN about 3 hours later angry driver phones me up and says - where are you - I'm trying to deliver your food. I said I already had it. He rang back again and shouted "do you want your food or not!" I explained very slowly that I had my delivery 3 hours ago and that I was not the person he needed. No apology.
