I think it's about time you invest in your customer service officers in terms of training. Your officers are very rude on the phone, extremely insensitive towards customers and furthermore they do not know how to promote your business.

I must say that your customer service is quite poor. The staff answering the phone aren't well knowledgable of the business and they should realise that they are the first point of call and are customer service officers. They ask questions like interrogators and go forever when they want to confirm information leaving the customer waiting unnecessarily on the phone.They promise to call back and do not.This is from my personal experience on every occasion.
I hope this is taken note of because customers will always recommend good service.

Goodday to you at ashosh,i don't have much to say than you really have a problem with your phone no with people who don't have your direct line.this will be my 3rd time ringing the phone you put on your web site wth out any reply since monday to have a bussiness with you,the phone was ringing but nobody to pick it up pls be effective and ready to talk to people on pls.thanks good luck.jonathan.
