I was served by Andre in Kiehl’s, Brent Cross and he was absolutely amazing! He spoke to me about my skin and my concerns instead of trying to force sell, which is what a lot of skincare shops do. I left feeling so confident in myself and the products I bought, I can’t thank him enough. I’m used to shopping in the Kiehl’s in Harrods because it’s closer to where I live but from now I will be travelling down just to be served by him! Great service!

I went to Kiehl’s store in Brent Cross yesterday and received the best customer services ever by a lady called Cris. I can’t thank her enough for all the expertise and I m very happy with my purchase.
