I would suggest that prices are put on items. It is very odd to have prices made up as you ask.
Secondly, it is surprising that they do not do refunds at all yet this is not stated anywhere on the receipt! Beware.
Poor shopping experience and shocking customer service - I would not recommend shopping here, at all.
