These people are nothing but scam artists! Do not talk to them, do not look at them just make sure you’re not fooled into going into the shop because these people are bloody good at making you do things you don’t wanna do!!!

Firstly they give you a free sample ( which isn’t even one of their own products 🤨) they make you go into the shop saying they have a gift for you 😂 what a joke!

They try all these products on you high seem good but they’re not the products they’re going to put into your bag when you do end up buying some!

I was pursued to buy products that they’d given me a ‘discount on’ but once I left I started googling the shop and the products I’d paid for. I noticed I hadn’t even got any of the sakare products and that the products I had got were cheap knock offs! I also found their social media which gave me massive red flags 🚩 I know when Instagram pages are fake! They’ve clearly paid for their followers! Notice how they don’t get many likes and no comments? FAKE! Then I found hundreds of trip advisor reviews (and by god I’ve never been so thankful to come across something negative online 🙌🏼)

Everyone’s comments were the same and that they had also been scammed, I was furious! I’m not the confrontational kind of person, I’m the kind of person that just lets things slide. But not this!! I was furious and by cos I was ready for a fight and ready to scream that shop down!!!!! I marched back, marched past the workers on the street and went straight to the desk! The scam artist who sold me the products was standing there, he took one look at me and got the manager 😂 I then said my peace and I wasn’t taking no for an answer and by god he knew it because he didn’t try any tricks! He said he needed to check the products to make sure they hadn’t been opened, in which I stayed and out my foot forward and made sure he knew that if they had been opened it wasn’t by me! Thankful he agreed to give me a refund (I was willing to start screaming the shop down if he refused and I think he knew I wasn’t going to take no for an answer!) I’m just hoping it actually goes back onto my card! But if it doesn’t I’m prepared to take this to the highest of people or the trading standards whoever deals with cons like this! I will fight you!

On the way out they were trying to get some women into the shop, I walked pastes them and said don’t go in it’s a scam! I suggest if you see anyone near this place to do the same and warn them! They need stopped! I don’t know how they haven’t been taken to court!!!

Oh and this was just yesterday

It was a rainly day and i was in a rush, i was walking past the Covent Garden store and was approached by a very nice gentlemen who invited me to come in and sample some delights. I'm glad i did as i was blown away by the Rejuvenating Body Scrub, so much so that i brought two. A great experience overall and am pleased i discovered this shop by chance.

It was a rainy day on 25th of February Saturday I was walking in bond street with my sister, a lovely lady stopped me and gave me some products which was so nice, then she invited us in and showed some more products. That was the first time I have been in that place and I loved it especially the lady who served me she was very kind. I want to thank to Ioana Alexandra Bogdan she was very nice. And I definitely will go back and see her..

I was suckered into their Bond St store with the free soap. I wished I'd looked online more about this brand. The clearest indicator is their website does not list ingredients for their products but they seem of drugstore quality, no shea butter, etc. Clearly the high prices for their products go toward rent and sales commissions. The top ingredients for their "body butter" are Glyceryl stearate (palm kernel, vegetable or soy oil mixed with stearic acid) and Paraffinum Liquidum (high end mineral oil, a petroleum byproduct, aka vaseline)

I started shopping for Christmas and came across this beautifully designed store for cosmetics. They have a great range of affordable, but also very expensive beauty products. The sales girl was very friendly and let me try many products. I especially loved the 24 carat gold serum and the nail kit. I highly recommend to visit them. Really nice surprise and I had never even heard of the brand before.

This is one of my top tips for London. I went there by incident, but as I was in sort of a rush, I could not buy anything. The girl in the store gave me a few testers, which I tried at home and they were excellent. I returned after a few weeks and she reckognized me directly and gave me a great tour of the beautiful store. I ended up buying a few things, a Nail kit for my mom and a serum for myself, which is fantastic!!! Actually a very refreshing surprise on New Bond Street.

Great store, love the products, bought my girlfriend a nice set and she loves it, too. New Bond Street seems to be the biggest shop, people don't sell just products, they take their time and really get you a great experience.

From all of their stores, which are all nice, the one on New Bond Street is my all time favourite. They really take care of their customers, driven people, skilled and very friendly - I loved it! Products are insanely good, direct effect visible after minutes. Unfortunately does not last forever, but gives me always an excuse to come back - Love them!!!
Highly recommend their Botanox and the nail kit is a perfect start - the buffer is actually the best I ever had.

My friend tried some of their products (hand cream, scrub...) in the store, and the products looked ok, but were way overpiced (£35 for a tiny 125ml handcream). The salesman was so pushy (pushy is actually an understatement), he was trying to force her to buy stuff. When my friend said "I'll think of it", the salesman became rude. He told her "sorry is it too expensive for you? I know not everyone can afford that price". We didn't bother responding to him, we just left. With rude staff like that, don't be surprised ifeverybody ignores you and your business.

I have been using Sakare products since last year and was very impressed by their customer service reps. as well. I do often visit The 32 St. Oswalds Place store. Really love and recommend!!

Sakare has an awesome selection of high quality skin and beauty products. Now I am a regular user of their skincare moisturizers and also impressed by their awesome customer relation handling.

Soft hands with Sakare

I brought Sakare's hydrating hand cream for my sister and she loves it so much. She took it to work and set it in her drawer and when the girls she works with comes by they beg her to use some of it also. I would love to share however I wouldn't have any left for me.
My sister and I both refuse to buy any other hand moisturizer in the market. This truly does the trick and doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy. It smells like herbs, which we like, and relieves the pain and rawness in his fingertips as well which is caused due to daily works. Can't live without it

Creative products, leave wonderful skin, price too expensive but i bought mud mask and body salt

I discovered this brand when I was offered a nail buffer demonstration by a shop assistant on the street. I've been offered this before and it doesn't interest me so I asked him if he had anything else to show me. He then demonstrated the peeling mask on my skin and I have to say I was really impressed. It left my skin feeling renewed and extremely soft. Sakare has a small but quality range of products. It's apparent they put a lot of research and investment in each product and that's why they don't have such a huge range. Would recommend

the Ocean salt body scrub is absolutely fabulous, your skin feels and smells like 'silk'. The body butter is equally exquisite.The magnet mud mask is amazing, and so is the eye serum and eye cream. I use many quality products mainly from dermatology and skin clinics, and have experienced the difference in good and very good 'results' , and have to say the Sakare products and very very good.

Discovering Sakare has been the highlight of my trip to London last month. I was just going on my routing shopping sojourn through Bond Street when I came across this store selling exotic beauty treatments. While I was a bit reluctant to try at first, the friendly sales agent helped me get over the anxiety.

I tried our a host of products for free and finally settled on the Refreshing Ocean Indulgence Case. This combo products had everything that I needed at that point and I could not just believe the discount I got. Thank you Sakare for making my day!

I has my own interesting encounter with the Sakare salesguy some time back. He was quite forward but polite so I was patient with him. Once I was lead into the store I was quick to notice the neat aesthetics and how the products were showcased. I initially remained skeptical but when he gave a sucker deal, I felt for it. Anyway I reached back home and tried out the hand cream and facial toner that I brought and was suitably impressed.Here’s my 2 cents – guys at Sakare are pushy but their products rock and are worth every pound you spend on them.

I am glad to see Ms. Ross's review and completely agree - the service is good and the products are really amazing and get results.

Each time I go there I get pleasant service - the attitude of the staff is friendly & welcoming & they definitely had a lot of product knowledge which I think is great. Even if you are just browsing they are all smiley and fun.

Never any issues to return unused goods – no quibble at all.

Wish there were more stores like this in London town!

Whilst walking down Bond Street, my husband and I were pulled into this shop by one of the staff outside. I am not usually a fan of this as I would rather shop at my own will and not be forced to buy products. When inside the shop we were given a demo of their salt body scrub, body butter and mineral peeling gels. I have to say we both loved the products but when we heard the prices I felt like running out of the shop! If you can afford it, I would highly recommend these products, we bought them in the end after trying to bargain! Salt scrub is fab and literally leaves you feel glowing.
