Space NK Apothecary is a recent addition to the shopping scene and has achieved almost cult status in a very short time. The reason for this is that Space NK stocks a ranges of cosmetics and skin care that used to only be available abroad.

I had a bad allergic reaction to a product purchased in another branch, for which I obtained a credit note when returned, ( & was put off returning to that branch by the attitude of manager who offered no apology ) I decided to try this branch instead & wanted advice on a mousturiser to sample .The lady who helped me was extremely helpful & knowledgable about products to use. She was in no way trying to sell me more products than I required ( unlike some company's ) and neither was she doing the hard sell. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received .

Please let your customers shop in peace - far too heavy handed in trying to 'serve'; it's downright irritating and costing you custom/revenue. Real shame as products are excellent.
