IS A PHARMACY SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THIS?? next time when you go in there just keep an eye on the cleanliness.
Makes me worried to think we're having our medication from this pharmacy!!!

This is the worst pharmacy around this is how I know I was waiting to pick up my tablets I rang and rang no answer so got in the car went down there stood outside side and rang again their was no customers in there and the people that work there was just chatting so I put the phone down and went in and said I've been trying to phone before I came down the women behind the counter said the phone isn't working so I phoned it Infront of her she looked at me and went out the back door I had to keep calling inside the shop until someone else came out and sorted my tablets out this place is a joke avoid at all costs

Really disappointed about the service offered.I had been to the pharmacy 13.02 hrs to collect my pressure tablets prescribed by the GP.The staff worked there said its closed and cannot offer the medicines in absence of a pharmacist.I have explained him that I have ordered it few days ago ,hence by now it should be ready and pharmacist has nothing to do with it.Then he said the counter is closed.We requested him to call the relevant authorities and get an advise which he refused Though I said I have no pressure tablet for tomorrow he didn't care and simply said to call 111.

I feel this inhuman as the matter involved with medicines.A patient shouldn't have been treated this way and he could have done something more if he really wanted.Im really disappointed and not recommend the Yiewsley pharmacy to anyone.
