Alawys make you wait forever because they dont know how to manage the queues. For example more than half the people waiing dont need their perscriptions made up, ie they are already packaged. Therefore why cant thos people just be served straight away. This would free up more time for everyone.
Seriously pathetic business.

The staff are fantastic especially Iris and John.Always willing to help and get prescriptions done on time.The rest of the team are great too.100%

Every time I get my medication I have to return it because it's wrong...they can't seem to get it right..I'm on 30 mg, which is on the box but inside is always 10 mg..don't you know the difference between 10 and 30 you donuts.

Got my repeat medication, a whole bag full. They put me one packet of tablets less by the time I separated all my tablets and put them in my pill boxes . They wouldn't give me the 28 tabs they made a mistake they wanted me to put all the medication in the bag and take it back to them so they can see. I'm disabled can't walk and they've known ne for four years. I couldn't take everything back and I went with out my very important medication. Very disappointed and annoyed ?

Slow service and rude staff. Had to wait for 25 min to get a prescription when they clearly weren't busy.
