I went there this morning at 9am to get some cleaning lenses product for my friend who stayed over last night. As she was sleeping and I knew the exact product name I went there to look for it. They didn't have but they had the cleaning bottle and the conditioning one. I took them and went to the counter to ask what was the difference. The first person just read me the label to tell me the difference. When I asked him more information than that, he asked someone else who said exactly the same. When I asked them both what we should use this morning, they literally had no clues! I took the cleaning product as they thought it might be eventually the right one.
When my friend woke up, she told me it was the wrong one so I went back to exchange it and they just refused. No return or exchange at all. It's not written anywhere in the shop!
They can't give you informations about the basic and we are supposed to trust them with our health ? Scary place...
