I always use this pharmacy even though it's not my most local 1. The staff are always helpful and have a nice smile .. There have been a few changes over the last couple of years but the new staff seem to have fitted in nicely .. They deal will difficult customers with ease and are aware of how other customer feel when someone makes a fuss ... Well done to them all .. Keep up the good work .. ,

The staff at Herbert Road Pharmacy are very polite and caring. The home prescription drop off service is fantastic.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They offer a repeat prescription service and, I believe, will deliver the meds to your door if required. I'm delighted this is my local pharmacy!

i have been using herbert pharmacy for many years and find the staff very helpful polite and WELCOMING as for being approached i find this quite refreshing and helpful as when i am in a rush it hurrys things along..
the staff always have a smile for when i come in and are willing to strike up a conversation with the most difficult of customers,
they are very informative and know the products well!!

most products available but no sooner had i stepped foot in the door and i was asked if i needed help, i replied no and a couple of minutes later another lady came up and asked if i needed help! The young girl who served me had a long face on her and it seemed as if she'd rather be elsewhere.
