Great pharmacy, staff is very professional, friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.

I fined the staff very friendly & welcoming towards their customers.
Plus they always remember who I am each time I visit the shop or even when I call them.

My review recently sent spoke of a problem that I now know to be out of Judds' sphere of influence. Judds have resolved the problem now to my entire satisfaction with a full refund for the items they were unable to supply because of a manufacturer's difficulty.

Ordered 2 packs of Oramoist Spray on 1st Sept.via "Pharmacix". PayPal took £16.49 from my Visa account that day and confirmed this transaction with the headline "Judds Chemist Ltd." I emailed Judds on 10th Sept asking for my order and gave all details, receipt number etc. It is now 22nd Sept and still no goods or even an answer to my email of 10th Sept. I telephoned and was asked to wait while someone, who was out, came back. Shortly the phone was put back on the rest and cut me off. I telephoned again and now some 15 minutes later I still await a call. Who thinks I'll get one?
