Ravenor Pharmacy

Whilst I would until recently agree with the above reviews I was left disappointed earlier today.
Yesterday I ordered a repeat prescription by phone and after answering the questions to ensure it was me I was left hanging on the phone and actually asked if anyone was there.
I was informed my prescription would be ready for collection the following day (Tues), when I went to collect it wasn't ready.
The lady behind the counter went to get it and after a few minutes came back out and asked if she could help me!!!!!!.
On top of that she then informed me that they needed to order one item yet yesterday it was to be ready today.
I am really disappointed as the service was exceptional but now appears to be in decline.

Excellent community pharmacy! This pharmacy is a gem in the local community! They have always looked after me with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. My prescription is ordered in a timely manner and they even let me know when it is ready for collection! They have also helped deliver my medicines on the occasions that I cannot make it to the pharmacy which I really appreciate. I am delighted with the service that I continue to receive and look forwards to receiving more of the same!

Best pharmacy in Greenford! All staff are very professional and offer exceptional service all whilst being served with a smile. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always takes time out to listen to any queries i have or any medication advice which he feels are suitable to discuss with me. They also do a large selection of mobility items and incontinence products - the only pharmacy in the area who do! And their fragrance selection is second to none! Top work and keep it up all.

This is an excellent independent pharmacy serving the local community. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have always received excellent service from the pharmacist to all other members of staff. They go over and above their call of duty and are always willing to listen and help with any questions i have. They also stock a very large range of incontinence products, mobility aids and premium fragrances at very competitive prices which help with my Christmas shopping! Keep up the excellent work!!

The pharmacy is very accessible and I travel there biweekly to collect my prescription. The staff are very helpful and efficient in collecting my prescriptions and are very knowledgeable in what they do.
