Crescent Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy on and of for 40 years and live not far and I get my meds every month delivered but occasionally pick up due to tiredness and work which I should have on Saturday but unwell so I want to say a massive Thankyou to the caring driver who see my meds out for delivery tommrow brought it to me this morning as I couldn’t make it to collect as I wanted to walk ..I would not use any pharmacy except this one as past tense working I’ve had to deal with many pharmacy’s and not getting results … brillant Masefield Mary

I get several presciptions filled and delivered by Crescent regularly, renewing online with my GP. When they have to wait for medications to come in, they send me some to tide me over whenever possible. I've been using their services for 15 years, and my family has gone to them for over 30 years. I've always found everyone there to be efficient and professional - even when they're obviously working flat out, I've always felt they were doing their best for me. They've always scheduled time when I requested a consultation. When members of my family went through cancer and old age, we knew we could always rely on Crescent for their medications. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I do understand this pharmacy is very busy,, but having to wait over a week for your repeat prescription don't seem very acceptable especially when you phone to enquire about it and they say they will phone you back and don't. Left with no meds for days. Some staff very arrogant and rude. Not good customer service. Took to much on for a small pharmacy.

Excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble.

Professional and timely.

This pharmacy is very busy but they always make time for you, they are open late every week night. They will deliver, do repeat prescriptions and I know if I need anything at all they will always help.
