I bought Gucci Guilty Intense from them and the prices are very good as compare to other high street shops. A must visit shop in Ealing.

Some of the worst service I've ever had.

Very rude sales person. All smiles when selling to you, but forget it if you need to return anything - bad attitude and offensive.

Treat your customers better, it doesn't take much to be polite.

Avoid.

this man is knowingly selling counterfeit perfume. they are cleverly packaged but the perfume is FAKE. when confronted refused to refund and suggested a swap with the open tester. he is using genuine testers but the perfume he sells you is FAKE.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE ASIAN SALE ASSISTANT WAS ARROGANT AND RUDE. THE PERFUME I BOUGHT WAS FAKE. HE ADMITTED THAT, BECAUSE THE SMELL WAS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL ONE BUT HE REFUSED TO REPLACE IT.

shop has nice collection of perfumes but Remember they dodn't return your money and in name of exchange they charge you anything on any perfumes....

Shame on them and their lie to customer every step.
