Terrible, terrible service. I was the only customer is the store and there were three staff members behind the counter...I had to wait for a long time to be attended to and no one cared to say "Please wait, one of us will be with you in a moment". When I pointed this out- as politely as I can- I received dirty looks and one of them snapped that they were busy. Products are also over priced and I suspect they only have clientele because other pharmacies are further away.

Oh my goodness! This sounds so unlike Keats Pharmacy that I wonder if you’re confusing us with somewhere else? Whilst with the best will, as anyone else we may not always get it right, delivering a high quality service, polite, professional and personal, is front and centre of what we do. We receive regular accolades from our patients and customers for our performance (including some heartwarming feedback on this platform, for which we are deeply grateful).
You’ve also made a general remark about our prices. This is another reason why I think you may have mixed us up as our policy is to offer our products and services at fair and reasonable prices. This is particularly to the fore in this current covid-19 crisis: as anyone who knows us would expect, all prices remain unchanged, we could not think of doing anything differently. It is worth adding that there is one of the highest concentrations of pharmacies in the country in Camden so, on market pressures alone, no one can afford to be uncompetitive or complacent with their prices.

I have been going to Keats for years and they are really the best pharmacy in town. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, and the dispensing side is faultless. Long may they continue.

Really like this pharmacy. Helpful and personal service, they do what they can to address your needs. I had some travel vaccinations done there recently - excellent service.

I live locally and always use this pharmacy. The owner/pharmacist is excellent and always give good advice. Plenty of good stuff in the shop as well. Nice place.

I always use this chemist if possible. They are always helpful. The (female) pharmacist gives good advice and has a consulting room for queries.
