Extremely slow service, items often not available. Very badly run. Please make improvements as it's a community chemist and is a disservice to local residents in how it is being managed now. Please can a manager from the region see what's going on?

Waited for 45 minutes for a pre-ordered prescription. The slowest service I have ever experienced. All the other customers were equally unimpressed. Will never use this pharmacy again. They need to seriously take a look at how it's run.

If you have an urgent prescription - take it elsewhere. Very slow service; even if you drop it off and come back a day later, they probably still haven't done it yet! Staff are nice enough but never seem moved by the long queues of unimpressed customers. Needs much improvement.
