Awful service! I bought a Wowcher for the swedish massage, but couldn't get an appointment, as they simpy dismissed me as "another Wowcher customer", who is, in their eyes, is less worthy than a full price paying customer! They kept giving me time slots that were inconvenient for me as i work full time! I suggested A FEW timing slots that were good for me, but they just dismissed all of them! Basically they made sure I "got off their back"! Avoid this place at all costs! Unless you are prepared to pay their extortionate prices!

I attended a 1hr Swedish massage last wk.I arrived 15 mins before the app however the massage began 10mins into my app as the masseuse was answering phone calls.I assumed I would still have a full hr however this was taken out of my time and the massage only lasted 50 mins.He left the room abruptly for me to get changed before I could even say anything.The massage was average,I have been to better&my shoulders hurt more than when I arrived?!Although the masseuse was friendly,he spoke throughout the whole message so I didn't feel very relaxed.Overall I wouldn't recommend even with a voucher.

I recently went here for an hour-long Swedish massage. It was great - I definitely feel it achieved something and my back and shoulders feel less tense as a result. Would definitely recommend and go back.

customers want to feel relaxed. The massage rooms are in the basement so anyone bigger than a size 14 or with any disabilities would not get down the spiral staircase. I had booked a massage and was firstly given a man, I requested a woman. It was a full body massage and by that I mean all over. Which has never happened to me before. Therefore you would have to state that you do not want certain parts massaged.. They provided no towels for modesty and I found it quite stressfull rather than relaxing. I was hit with beads at the end on my legs and head very randomn. I would not recommend
