Small and friendly personal fitness studio offering 25 minute Power Plate classes for up to 4 people at a time. Our classes are designed to engage all muscle groups and are tailored to your individual needs, whether they be toning up, losing weight, reducing cellulite or increasing muscle endurance.

We also offer 30 minute one to one personal training on the Power Plate, 60 minute personal training (Power Plate and cardiovascular training) as well as 30 minute spinning classes (cardiovascular training).
