Pilates Off The Square

Pilates Of The Square offer aerobics, pilates and yoga classes by appointment only, as well as reflexology, osteopathy and counselling. They also have treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and free weights with personal trainers, for which an appointment must also be made.
