In the heart of Ealing Broadway, our cosy studio offers a variety of Yoga classes for everyone, as well as Meditation, Gong baths, workshops and retreats.
We are passionate about our holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing through a combination of ancient disciplines designed to uplift, rebalance and nourish your mind, body and spirit. Small groups ensure dedicated attention of the teacher to each participant, encouraging a non-competitive and joyful practice suitable for all bodies and fitness levels. Breathing and Relaxation techniques, as well as Meditation are also important parts of our philosophy which we incorporate in our teaching in different ways and according to each discipline.
Weekly classes include: Dynamic and Slow Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Prental and Postnatal yoga, Hatha, Hot Yoga and Belly dancing.
