Useful Tips from AIL Users
Better signage . Or something in window to catch eye. I sometimes walk right past it even though I’m heading there. A friend other day had specifically gone there but thought it had closed because she didn’t see it.

Love this shop. I always find them really helpful. And they stock lots of organic produce. Dread it ever closing as it’s one of my reliable shops for ethical goods.

Sad that a 'Health' Food Shop (blessed in being allowed to remain open) has gone from openly promoting Covid-denial to pushing QAnon conspiracy theories and AntiVaxx propaganda. They've lost this customer.

Wish I could give this place a zero rating. I have been shopping here since it reopened in Hammersmith (moving from Shepherds Bush) and while some of the early staff were helpful, the newer ones are rude and unhelpful. I've had occasion to return a one or two things in the 30 years that I have shopped here but always been treated with suspicion and rudeness. The owner never has a straight answer. So if you ask her, 'Is this out of stock?' Instead of saying yes, she will say it has been discontinued because it was a terrible product, etc. but a week later, you can be sure it will be back on the shelf. Once or twice her husband, who is very patient, has had to intervene and explain things in a more logical manner. Recently, I took back a packet of raisins which smelt off and had given me stomach ache. One of two staff at the till smelt it through his face mask and declared I was wrong, while the other one who had been arranging shelves with bare hands, put her fingers in the pack to eat a raisin and declare it was alright. Then she resealed the pack and told me to take it back home (like Covid never happened)! She also weighed it to see if any raisins had been eaten- even though I told them I had eaten a handful. Then the man told me that he didn't like my 'attitude' and gave me £2 back (the cost of the packet was £2-35). Recovering from heart failure, I think it wasn't a good idea to go there and I won't be going to them ever again, even though I support small local shops selling organic produce.
