HORRIBLE SHOP KEEPER. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Outrageous attitude by the lady in the shop, I have never been so insulted in my life! Upon entering the shop all I asked was “do you sell oils for candles?” to which she very rudely informed me that the oils she sells are very expensive, 10ml of bergamot costs £15 and if I want something cheaper than I should go elsewhere. I promptly left the shop after telling her that was very insulting, as I never asked her for prices and she has clearly judged me on my appearance (I don’t dress shabbily so I’m surprised she had the nerve to be like that but after reading other reviews of this shop I shouldn’t be as it would appear others have also experienced her rudeness). If I could give less than one star I would. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I would hate for someone else to experience this offensive woman.

This shop piled high with overpriced oils and soaps is the last place I would go for 'holistic' beauty. The owner was rude from the moment I stepped in the door, despite me waiting patiently for her extended conversation with two pals to end. Her first comment was 'have you come here to shop or just to google?' because like many people I had my phone in my hand. After laughing off this first sarcastic comment I was just met with more rudeness and aggression. She does not seem to understand customer service or the purpose of 'holistic health'.

Zarvis products to me are just made with knowledge of the magic of the real.
I Love them and they are always my favourite presents to give to the people I cherish the most, especially on meaningful occasions.
The shop owner has an incredible sharp depth at understanding what will actually work for you.
I don't generally like shopping but this is a whole different thing.

I'm a pamper me, shop for me, indulge me goddess, yes high maintenance - but why not! I stopped by the Zarvis shop last weekend to check out this VERY interesting store I've passed by over the past year. You walk in a small door and instantly feel like you're being sucked into a sensory overload taking your senses to the max! The dressers were overloaded with apothecary like parcels and teas - so many to choose from. Shop keeper was a good laugh, at first I was not sure but very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about health, external and internal. Very impressed. Of course I didn't leave without stocking up my bathroom for the winter, divine bathtime treats!! xTia

I'm in love with the zarvis range, I've been using the skin oils and toners for years now and really enjoy them b/c they work!

I love Zarvis products, their always natural and they really work. I always try to visit the shop when I make it down to London or just buy online now that they've sell through the internet!
