I've been a couple of times now and really feel I need to say something. First let me start with the positive, I had a good haircut. But it was all so rushed. Somewhere along the line the people running this salon forgot about what going to the hairdresser is supposed to be about. It is a little bit of time out to pamper yourself. I have never been expecting West End treatment but a little head-massage (pretty well standard at most hairdressers), the stylist asking how you might want your hair styled when blow-drying instead of just rushing you out the door. Every time I have been there, with one exception, I have been rushed through. And its not as if they were busy and rushing on to the next client. I don't think I will go back.

Today I went to Central cuts at North Finchley (opposite Halifax bank) to colour my hair. I did it back in December and cost me £55 on short hair. Today I was told £80. No styling, no hot brush as I wanted my hair to dry naturally. I have a short hair, after colour I had a bit of trim but I was counted as proper cut.No way all was worth £80,considering the fact that a new comer (it was her first day at the saloon) was doing my hair from A to Z. The result was poor as not much was visible. After 2hrs and 30 minutes colouring, back home my 8 year old asked if I went to hairdresser? I don't reco

In December 2013 I have decided to change the colour of my hair. It was a difficult decision as I was blond for 40 years and suddenly there was a big transformation. Maria was extremely helpful and patient with me. She was the one who choose the colour and made me look fabulous. My work colleagues said that I look younger, fresh and stylish.
I was previously at the saloon and I have to say that Maria is highly professional individual with a customer cantered approach.
I would like to come every week or at least fortnightly; if it was more affordable for me.

I read the review above and was scared to go to the salon! I bought a Groupon for a cut and conditioning treatment and after reading the above review (after I'd bought the Groupon) I decided I was only going to have the condition and blow dry.

I was expecting a salon full of "attitude" and lots of gazing at themselves in the mirror. Wrong! The salon is small but so friendly, the lady on reception let me use her phone to validate my Groupon as I don't have a printer, I was offered drinks and it was an overall lovely experience. The cut and dry is perfect. Will definitely return.

i went to central cuts four weeks ago, i have long hair with a bob on top my ends are thin because i got butchered, i have never been so unhappy and i paid 30 for a wash and cut which is 8 more than on the price list, i have had to have my hair corrected and i had to pay again. overall i will not be going back to central cuts again and now have to wait for my hair to re-grow which will take years.
