Typical Essex salon. Gave off the impression that all hair stylist and regular clients have a clique - feel you get looked at and spoken about when you walk in. felt intimidated straight away. Everything was rushed and it wasn't a comfortable environment.

Great atmosphere, always friendly and professional. I am always made welcome by everyone. My hair is always perfect and I leave feeling great! Whenever I need advice the girls and guys are always honest.
My visits are always brighten up even more by kevs bum!!!

they were 20 minutes late to my appointment with no apology and no notification of them running late so I was left sitting there just waiting. I went in for a blowdry and hairdresser left me mid service to keep asking the phone causing me to wait, not happy with end blowdry
