i used to be a regular customer here but have stopped going to this hairdressers simply for the fact that they are very rude,spend too much time talking and gossiping about other customers and their prices are way to high. I have been treated misfairly been talked about in the salon whilst i was there. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional and unwelcoming when i visited the store. I will not be revisiting again the service was poor and would not reccomend it to a friend not to mention the fact the high prices just for a look at my hair.

I was left distraught after my visit here. If you do decide to book an appointment on the day before your head is even touched, ask exactly how much it will cost for your procedure and break down everything you want.. hidden costs will be added.DO NOT allow them to say we'l have to see as we go along. Make sure your both agreed on exactly what is happening.... ever been charged £20 for a trim? (not a cut!) Most procedures are over priced and if you do not specify you will be charged for the maximum price.

The stylist focus too much on what they think is right for your hair and not enough on what you actually want done, whilst I appreciate the aim is not to do any damage the aim should also be on look and treatments that your most happy with.

The stylist have a superior attitude in this salon with much more attention paid on what they claim to know/be skilled at rather than what is actually being carried out on your head.

To summaries, it cost me literally twice as much to get my hair done here as it would in my regular salon and I was not even remotely pleased with what had been done to my hair. I'm deeply regretful
