They are the best barbers around for me. I have been going to this barber shop for years and I've never been disappointed. Beware it has a long queue of people on weekends. I find them quick, experienced and they offer very good value. If you live around Mile End give them a try.

Best hairdresser shop ever! They cut it exactly how you want and style your hair in what ever style no matter how long it takes. And its always £6 no matter what. The workers have a good sense of humour to entertain you while they work.

If you go here, be prepared for a small battle to get what you want.

I recently decided to change styles, and go for quite a bit shorter than usual. I explained this, and clearly stated exactly how short I wanted it. He started with a weird little comment suggesting that actually I'd just been to lazy to go get it cut for a while, which was a bit rude.

Then, he just didn't cut it enough. I *multiple times* explained how short I wanted it, and even showed the length between two fingers to make it perfectly clear. But each time he just gingerly trimmed off the tiniest bit, leaving it much longer than what I'd just explained to him.

It was as if he had a serious objection to cutting my hair. It was a bit weird, to be honest.

After repeated efforts, I eventually gave up as I had somewhere else to be.

As I left he handed me a card, saying "See you again soon, yeah?" Well, no, actually, I won't be going back ever again. I've had to go somewhere else to get it sorted out, who did what I asked first time, and whom I will be seeing again.

On the positive side:

It was reasonably priced, at £6.00.

The cut itself was well done, and if it had been what I'd asked for, I'd be satisfied.

There was a comfy sofa to wait on, with plenty to read.

In conclusion, I can see others being satisfied going here, unless you encounter the strange barber with a phobia of cutting hair for no apparent reason.
