Need to improve customer service. One therapist was constantly on her mobile phone and chewing gum with her mouth open. The other seemed rather bad tempered and abrupt. Plus very poor understanding of English. I had to repeat everything a few times for my therapist to understand.
I was their only customer I think they could have at least put the mobile and chewing gum away as well as smiled and been more friendly. It came across as if they didn't care about their client.
